Your agreement is with Servatus Solutions Ltd. Servatus Solutions Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales with the company registration 10020346. Our registered office is 10 – 12 Mulberry Green Old Harlow, Essex CM17 0ET.
Your agreement with Servatus Solutions Ltd:
Your agreement with Servatus Solutions Ltd is made up of the following terms of the contract in conjunction with your order confirmation which details all of the subscription(s) that are being paid for. You can also review our privacy policy, which can be viewed under the legal section of our website at www.servatus.solutions/privacy-policy or you can request a paper copy.
1. Being a Servatus Solutions Ltd Customer
1.1 Servatus Solutions Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales with the company registration 10020346. Our registered office is 10 – 12 Mulberry Green Old Harlow, Essex CM17 0ET.
1.2 The agreement start date begins on authorization of the Direct Debit via our 3rd party payment supplier Go-Cardless.
1.3 You must grant us access around to software where necessary to execute integrations and/or share all relevant documentation relating to the services provided as part of the subscription.
When you join Servatus Solutions Ltd we will agree the products of the subscription on page 6 of the ‘Subscription Welcome Pack’.
1.4 All of the necessary staff will receive an on-boarding package detailing how to operate the portal.
2. Subscription(s) Period
2.1 The subscription(s) period lasts for 12 months from the date of direct debit authorization.
2.2 The subscription(s) period is the minimum length of time you will be receiving the subscription(s).
2.3 If you wish to cancel Subscription(s) periods before the end date you must pay off the remainder of the duration of this period. We will also export your data and return it to you in the format of .pdf and clear it from our servers.
2.4 If the client confirms in writing that they wish to cancel the subscription between issuing a purchase order number and the first payment being received then they have the right to terminate the partnership with Immediate effect and are not bound to any restrictions mentioned throughout the written agreement.
2.5 Early termination penalty; the first scheduled payment will remain due via the 3rd party supplier Go-Cardless before the Direct Debit is cancelled.
3. Installation and maintenance
3.1 There will be no setup fee.
3.2 Ongoing payments are via direct debit via our 3rd party payment supplier Go-Cardless to the amount agreed and confirmed via the customer purchase order number displayed on the invoice issued monthly.
4. During your agreement with us
4.1 If you wish to cancel your agreement with us during the subscription(s), you must provide minimum 1 month notice in the form of a formal letter or email.
4.2 If you wish to change the number of users you can do this by emailing prevention@servatus.solutions.
5. Paying for subscription(s)s
5.1 You will be invoiced monthly for the subscription(s); the subscription will be taken by Go-Cardless.
5.2 The invoice will summarize the subscription with a separate product line for each premises subscribed, if there are any errors contact us immediately by emailing accounts@servatus.solutions.
5.3 Customers have maximum 30 working days to pay the invoice, failure to pay will result as such: 10+ working days = 20% added to next invoice. 20+ working days = 50% added to next invoice. 40+ working days = 100% added to next invoice. 60 working days = immediate termination of subscription(s).
5.3 Within a subscription the customer will only pay for services outlined on page 6 of the ‘Subscription Welcome Pack’.
6. Our responsibility to you
6.1 We will try to provide our best level of subscription(s) to you; however, we may be limited with certain areas being out of our control. We will always be transparent with our customers.
6.2 Limitation of liability:
If we withdraw our subscription(s) at any point (due to no payment in 3 months or cancelling the subscription(s)) we will not be liable for any data lost as we provide enough time to mitigate data transfer.
7. Your information and contacting us
7.1 We comply with GDPR and will not share your personal data with third party companies.
7.2 We will not use any of your company data for our use or to share with other parties.

8. Leaving or suspending the subscription(s)
8.1 If you wish to leave the subscription(s) you must give us a minimum 1 month notice and we will export your data and return it to you via email in a .pdf.
9. Parties, terms, law
9.1 By signing direct debit you are recognizing that the agreement is between Servatus Solutions Ltd. and the customers company only. The person singing the agreement must be the director of the company or have written permission from the director of the company.
9.2 If there are any circumstances that have not been included in the contract that have affected your business, we will discuss this in confidence and resolve any issues.
9.3 By signing this agreement you are agreeing to the terms of the contract and confirm that the details at the top of the contract are correct.
9.4 The client will have complete ownership over the subscription(s) and cannot be sold to other firms/individuals.
9.5 Servatus Solutions Ltd must not use the subscription(s) or data In an unlawful or Illegitimate way, or share It with third parties or anyone outside of the signing parties company or without explicit consent from the Firm Principal.
9.6 As directed by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) 2005, the named “Responsible Person” retains the sole responsibility for fire safety in the premise(s). Neither Servatus Solutions Ltd nor any contributor or supporter of subscription(s)s delivered or document produced in relation to the subscription(s)s accepts any liability (to the fullest extent permitted under law) for any act or omission by any persons using the guidance or documents.
10. Third party software
10.1 We will not have any ownership in any software you provide us for integrations.
10.2 We will only review third party software with a legitimate interest in the subscription(s) (i.e. integrations).
10.3 We will not use, export or modify any third-party software owned by your business.
